Meet the ChefMark LowFrom Nottinghamshire, England, "Robin Hood Country," Chef Mark knew from a young age that he had a passion for food. His father, an award-winning chef, guided Mark in his journey to become a great chef himself. Mark's father had many restaurants in England, which is where the journey truly began. Eventually, Mark attended the University of Nottingham, and then the National Sea Training University in London. Upon graduation, and earning his C.E.C., Mark became Chef Mark! He went on to work at the famous Savoy hotel in London, UK, and worked for Princess Cruises as the "Love Boat" Chef. Now Chef Mark resides right here in Fox Valley; ready to cater your event, ready to provide you with an unforgettable experience, ready to come to your rescue!
